The van Wijk family believe in providing guests with modern comfort in what has be one of the most unkind weather environments in New Zealand. At over 800 metres above sea level the Ruapehu region can receive snow in the winter, lots of wind, plenty of rain and in-between - sunshine.
It is also a place of extreme beauty.

A minimum two-night stay applies. Parkview Apartments can accommodate four adults or two adults and two children in each apartment. Both apartments interconnect for larger groups. Bed sheets and towels are supplied. Bedding configurations vary.
Cancellation Policy (updated 22 February 2022):
When booking direct with Parkview Apartments by phone or email, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is taken from your credit card when bookings are made through this website.
100% of any payment made is refundable in full up until 21 days prior to your booked arrival date. Within 21 days of arrival, 50% of the total cost of your reservation is non-refundable.
Any balance owing (final 50%) must paid no later than 7 days prior to your booked arrival date. 100% of payment is non-refundable within 7 days of your booked arrival date.
In case of having to cancel due to covid an option to reschedule for a later date or a full refund will be given.
